From Memorial Day through Veterans Day, Junction Liquors Smyrna is turning the store into a season-long tribute to the veterans, active duty military, first responders, and everyday heroes who serve our communities and country. Through veteran-owned brand tastings, bottle signings, cocktail classes, community partnerships, special events, and giveback initiatives, we’re creating meaningful ways for customers to connect, participate, and support causes that honor service and sacrifice throughout the year. Throughout the store, customers will discover military-supporting brands and experiences designed to celebrate the people who protect and serve our communities every day.
Created in partnership with Heroes Vodka, our interactive Wall of Honor invites customers and community members to honor veterans, active duty military, first responders, retirees, and personal heroes through handwritten messages, photos, names, memories, and tributes. Located inside Junction Liquors Smyrna, the Wall of Honor will continue growing from Memorial Day through Veterans Day as the community comes together to recognize and remember the people who deserve to be honored. We invite you to stop in, take part, and add your own tribute to the wall.
Towering across the back exterior of Junction Liquors Smyrna is what we believe to be the largest American flag mural east of the Mississippi, stretching 135 feet wide across the building. The mural was painted by John Rosburg, a Vietnam veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and 7th Cavalry machine gunner whose legacy continues to stand tall over Smyrna today. More than just a mural, it serves as a lasting tribute to patriotism, sacrifice, service, and love of country — and as a powerful reminder of the stories and people who inspired this entire initiative.
